Our Leadership Programme focuses on developing the personal leadership style of our senior managers and business leaders. The programme involves individual assessment, group "challenges" and one-to-one coaching to raise personal awareness and explore “Acts of Leadership”.
Pentland Pathways
Pentland Pathways is our internal development offer that connects everyone at Pentland to relevant skills development - both personal and professional.
Working with both our internal and external experts, we offer programmes to develop management capability, enhance personal effectiveness and build technical knowledge to better understand our industry.
Talent Development Programme
Our current graduates have an unrivalled opportunity to work across a number of business functions and gain an exposure to our global business and the world of brand management.
Graduates rotate between different brands and departments and complete value-adding business projects. During their journey, they benefit from a wealth of professional and personal development in preparation for their future careers.
Design Pool
The Design Pool Programme recruits and develops exceptional talent from diverse disciplines. They could be graffiti designers, graphic designers or fashion designers; you name it, we’ve got it.
During the programme the designers undertake design projects with individual brands. Each project provides a unique opportunity to build an individual’s experience and kick-start their design careers.
